Payroll records are a part of bookkeeping and accurate records must be kept showing your PAYE and NI deductions. You must also provide your employees with a payslip showing their wages or salary and any deductions. (These can be in electronic form and emailed to employees, they do not necessarily have to be in hard copy format).
Don't ignore the workplace pension! Employers will need to provide a pension scheme and automatically enrol staff according to certain criteria. I can happily help with your set up, staging date and processing of a pensions system.
