Payroll

Payroll can seem like a tricky area and one which may find a bit daunting.  You may want to take on an employee but are worried how to go about doing their payroll properly.  Maybe you have several employees and would like to pass the burden of payroll to someone else. 

I'm happy to process your payroll by using the HMRC tool, Sage Payroll, Quickbooks, Xero or any software or system you may have as well as issuing payslips to employees. Alternatively I can provide a payroll system for you.

Payroll records are a part of bookkeeping and accurate records must be kept showing your PAYE and NI deductions.  You must also provide your employees with a payslip showing their wages or salary and any deductions.  (These can be in electronic form and emailed to employees, they do not necessarily have to be in hard copy format).

Pensions

Don't ignore the workplace pension! Employers will need to provide a pension scheme and automatically enrol staff according to certain criteria.  I can happily help with your set up, staging date and processing of a pensions system.
